Eat gluten-free for less.
When I discovered I was gluten-intolerant in 2001, the only place I could find gluten-free pasta or gluten-free anything for that matter, was the local health food store. And it was expensive!
But that scenario is slowly changing. In fact, now I can find most of the gluten-free products I need at my local grocery store.
Living Without Magazine has a wonderful blog post entitled, “Eat Gluten-Free for Le$$” which provides information concerning how to purchase food, coupons, etc. Click here to view the article.
Also be sure to visit Mambo Spouts for coupon deals as well. (The coupon link is at the top of the page.)
Enjoy!
